對應 FDA TPLC、IMDRF GMLP 第 10 原則與 Codex「上市後監測框架（drift、bias、adverse event、user feedback）」：輸入分布飄移（PSI/KS/embedding drift）、輸出品質抽樣盲評、醫師採納率/override 率、次族群表現分歧、警示疲勞指標、不良事件通報介接；異常分級警報（觀察/降級/自動下線）並自動更新 P-14 卡片狀態。長期匯聚為 real-world performance registry。

Synthetic evidence
Repo inventory 找到合成 fixtures、mock、golden set、對抗測試或工程 drill，因此最高保守標示為 Synthetic validation／Synthetic verification；本 WP 未重新執行該專案 test suite，也不公開未複驗的 pass count 或 coverage。
Clinical／operational evidence

External／IRB／regulatory evidence
TFDA adverse-event export 僅為 skeleton；未找到 regulatory review。
